Applications are invited to apply for Bursaries to virtually attend the Sydney 2022 Congress.  We would like to make this opportunity available to as many young pathologist IAP members from underserved countries as possible.

The virtual component will be delivered from 11-13 October 2022.

  • Applicants must submit an abstract to the Congress via the Congress Website
  • Please state in the abstract submission that this is for an IAP Bursary Application.
  • Applicants will only be notified of the result of their applications following acceptance of their abstract by the Congress Organizing Committee. Please note this is a SEPARATE process from the Bursary applications and must be done independently.
  • Bursary recipients MUST write a brief report to the IAP Education Committee Chair after the Congress.
  • Bursary recipients should share the educational materials of the Congress with pathologists of their home countries
  • Applications should reach the Education Committee of the IAP using the form below no later than 17 April 2022 if they have not done so already. Successful applicants will be notified after the completion of the Abstract Review process by the organizers of Sydney IAP 2022 Congress.
